Association wing-chun kung-fu holland is
the oldest wing chun organisation in holland. we teach you how to control
your emotions, yourself, with wing chun. besides that we also teach you
how to defend yourself, be more secure of yourself. and we'll teach you
the fine fighting principe's. it's possible to train all over in the netherlands.
de associatie wing-chun kung-fu is de oudste wing-chun organisatie in
nederland. we leren je emoties te beheersen d.m.v. wing-chun. daarnaast
leren we hoe je jezelf moet verdedigen en zelfverzekerder moet voelen.
wing-chun is 50% fysiek, 50% mentaal. we leren je geen vechtstijl maar
vechtprincipes, en hoe je hierop moet reageren.
